| Emergency Call Out | Covers emergency call out fee only. | €150 |
| After Hours Call Out | Before 8am, after 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, after 3.30pm Friday, weekends. | €150 |
| Hourly Rate | Charged per 15 minutes. | €100 |
| Boiler Service | Boiler service works. | €120 |
| Extended Boiler Service | Depends on model number of boiler. | €290-€390 |
| Parts Required | If parts are required, the cost will be sent to you for approval before the works commence. | €POA |
| Follow-Up Call Out | If required, we will notify you. No further call out charge will apply to second call out, only labour (and parts where required). | €POA |
